Yeah. But also walking 8 km a day, and gym several times a week. I might have lost some waist circumference. My belt is needing another hole. Still doing too much work and not enough sport.
I can nearly do one pull-up. Getting there this year.

Seems some UK police have let the power go to their head-last night on the news they were hassling a woman who was sitting on a park bench, on her own with nobody else anywhere near her others than the ducks. The fat cop actually looked like he was closer than two metres to her as well-she went, but should have stood her ground & said arrest me if I am doing something wrong. These 'laws' aren't meant for that, they are meant for groups of people gathering in public areas.

If you let her feed the ducks then it becomes ok for everyone to feed the ducks and pretty soon there’s no social distancing. Sucks, but I’d have banged her up in solitary for a couple of weeks let her think about it

Liberal cuck. These people need to be executed. Once thoughtcrime has been committed, it WILL be repeated. Already, dozens, hundreds even are thinking about going out and feeding the ducks as we speak. And so the cycle continuous. Because weaklings like you won't allow police to shoot selfish duck feeders in the face if they feel it is in the public interest. The police are there to protect us, why won't people just give them the power to do it? You should only be afraid if you have something to hide.

There were the "Black Friday" like queues before opening at tesco. But the same shop was nearly empty of people when I was there two hours later. And got everything I wanted.

Try to learn some English.

The weather is great. Sunny, windy, a bit chilly.
Perfect for a big spring clean.

Pop in to wilko, get some bottles of Anti-Mould Spray and attack the mould in the house.

Perfect time to get all that todo done. All those little repair projects, all those painting jobs, airing out and anti-moulding the tent and waxing the outdoor stuff.

Calisthenics and balancing in the living room instead of standing uselessly in traffic.
Cycling, walking, swimming.
No car.

She wasn't feeding the ducks & they were themselves nowhere near her-she was sitting, reading a book & minding her own business. In reality the only threat was the two cops who then started having a go at her-one kept his distance, but the other one was so close he was putting both himself & her at risk.

I am not against Uzi spraying duck feeders. If the message isn’t getting through after that, death by torture is all that’s left. Brazen bull or a thousand cuts are two of my favourites

If you let one person sit and read a book where does that complete madness end though? Armageddon, that’s where.

Under house arrest for itssubjectswhile still taking direct flights from corana infested areas of the world! hahahahaha

"On Saturday two Air China flights from Beijing and a China Eastern service from Shanghai landed at Heathrow.

A separate scheduled flight from Shanghai also landed at Gatwick, reports the Sunday Times.

And Italy’s national's airline Alitalia is still operating up to four daily flights into the Heathrow hub."

The lockdown in the Uk is an absolute joke. There is no need for it. 99% of the people who have died and will die from the virus were in their 80s and 90s. It's the elderly who need to stay on a fukking lockdown and stay home or those who have health conditions.

On average over the last 5 years, 300,000 people die in the UK every year. The age range of those deaths is
0-49 years : 20,0000
50s: 21,000
60s: 42,000
70s: 75,000
80s: 99,000
90+: 42,000

That is 822 people per day on average. So far 578 people have died in the UK from coronavirus. Majority of them elderly. Get a fukking grip. What a pussiehole country
