Strange to think people are buying saunas during the pandemic...usually, I wouldn't give people that much credit. Color me shocked.

Good to see that you're hanging in there. It's a damn jungle out there...
Perfect time to buy a Sauna. Everybody stuck at home thinking of things to do. Hey, let's go sit in the sauna...oh wait, we don't have one. Bitty to the rescue.

No argument here.

Well, Cali is still doing pretty well considering all things. 40 million people here and 19k have tested positive with 168k tested. Had a spike of 1500 new cases yesterday after seeing a couple days of down numbers.
Prayers to all. Stay safe.

I bought my first guns a few weeks ago. I posted a pic of my new Taurus on IG last night. My wife's side of the family was giving me some flak. It's bananas the reactions from Brits/Euros whenever they see a gun. They now have this irrational fear for my wife's safety. They see this thing as a murder death kill machine. Insane.

Sat out by the fire last night and drank a bottle of wine. After that, I thought it would be a good idea to have a dram of single malt scotch. That put me over the edge. Good thing I'm working from home today. I feel like chit, lol.

Also tried to PIITB last night during drunken sexors. We weren't that drunk because it was unsuccessful.

Been working on the garage door after work just about all week. Lost the garage door opener on Monday. Called around to a few places to get some estimates and they were all way more than I wanted to spend. Most wanted the price of a garage door opener + $250 to install (some as much as $350). I figured I would have time after work and all weekend to do it and save that cash, so ran to Lowes and picked up a new one.
When I pulled off the old one and started reading the directions, one of the first things they say to do is make sure your garage door is "balanced". Meaning the torsion springs are adjusted correctly. Well, mine aren't, and the door wants to close under its own weight.
I went ahead with the install thinking that the new opener would have enough power to pull it open. After 2 evenings working on the damn thing, I get to where I set the limits and the opener will only open the door 1/2 way. Damn.
So, now I have to find some 1/2" diameter rods (they call them a winding tool) to tighten the torsion springs.

"balancing" is a fancy way of saying "make sure theyre both wound the same number of turns."

I had a torsion spring break last year. So i ordered a new pair and it came with those rods you speak of. Wasnt too bad of a process either.
