to be fair the couple made an error choosing this potato without looking at reviews first. and what the contract is in depth

plenty of other professional agencies (which this one is not), would offer you as % back if you cancel 2 or 3 months before the date, hell even 1 month. their services cannot be in demand if they are concerned about filling 1 slot 3 months away

they should have gone with an agency that offers 30-70% back if you cancel, at least then you aren't getting locked into a potato contract
