Well, I go out pretty much every night. I don’t drink though. It’s the alcohol that hinders most people. Obviously you can still drink and get shredded, it’s just harder.

Thanks brah I had a fantastic shoulders workout. Even though I wanted to do DB shoulder presses, it just didn't feel right today so I got on the hammer strength machine. Then cable raises for the three delt heads.

Happens--I don't always feel the OHP type presses. Side delt is gonna' be the one that makes them pop the most, and rear delt will also make them look sick.Keep working brah!

I've dropped the ball hard so far this year. With quarantine and battling depression, I haven't had the focus I should. But I'm finally starting to get back to a better place personally and have been pushing myself to the limit to get my size back before I cut hard.
I will be happy when i get down to 15-20% BF.

Ay brah. Just keep fighting and grinding. If you’re anything like me, training helps heal the mind. I find that I need to push myself everyday, especially on the darkest days...
Wearing myself out physically helps me stay healthy mentally. Training and even dieting helps you become comfortable with being uncomfortable. It builds discipline. It builds character. The stronger you become physically, the tougher you’ll become mentally. Go phuck some chit up brother! Don’t hesitate to PM if you need anything!

This quarantine has done a number on a lot of us.

I haven't trained in the gym since March 10.

If the gyms stay open I plan to get back in there next week.

Stay focused you can do this!

I started my cardio this week..walking..not my favorite.

I also started my resistance band training today, back and traps, to prepare this old body for the weights next week...hopefully.

My shoulder/muscle issue is now in my right upper lat where it ties in under the arm and shoulder.

Slowly it is getting fixed.

It seems one gets fixed and another starts to pull everything out of place.

179.2 today a bit of an uptick but not a big deal.
