If you asked a homeless dude to jump off the roof of the gas station for six bucks and he died of injuries, I could see people asking to press charges.
Not like any homeless guy can be expected to be a trained gymnast. I'm not sure where this actually falls legally.

Man, that dudes completely psychotic reaction to the injury, is more stressing for me to watch than the injury itself. What the **** is wrong with people?
That being said, I honestly don’t see any significant charges sticking.

Guy filming sounds like he has an IQ lower than his shoe size. Couldn't really understand anything he was saying.

That being said, I am certain that the anticipated reaction was an attempt at a backflip, leading to failure, a laugh or two, and delivering upon the five dollars (hopefully). I do not think it's exactly reasonable to say that one might consider the risk of the man outright dying, or that it was something that may have been anticipated. Unfortunately, humans do tend to go through life without ever confronting their own mortality...why would they, then, ever consider the mortality of somebody else?
