That does NOT look like a good shoot to me at all. If he shot him when he was in the vehicle that is one thing. But an unarmed person coming out of their vehicle and running at you does not warrant deadly force.

I see where that argument would go, subject had already endangered the public, he hasnt been searched, he may have weapons, was charging at me, I was in fear for my life.

The problem is he keeps shooting, and shooting, to the point it really appears hes shooting to kill not to defend. Obviously I am not saying hes a murderer and wanted to kill him, but a switch flipped there and it became excessive.
