I know a couple places that are the Wild West, cheap property, virtually no taxes, plenty of flat land so no bulldozers/leveling needed.

What about a small town of tiny homes, a gym, hiking trails, and sloots that like hiking.
damn never heard of a gym like that, sounds pretty cool

bro you need to make a thread about mindset/life stories, seems like you've done some cool stuff

Watches aren’t the way.

A Misc community built on bettering themselves, a private gym and property, and innovation is the future.
Like I said I didn't run the numbers on the watches so I am not sure whether that would work specifically. I know someone else seems to have tried it (but obviously I don't know if they are turning a profit). I think of my business more from a socially dynamic standpoint, I run a small wine bar and come from that kind of social background where I see these dynamics play out and see how consumption works in those instances, so my idea is just coming from that place, because I am familiar with the social dynamics and how to sell to people based on them. I am sure of the underlying dynamics but of course the difficult thing is to come up with something concrete that could monetize them. Also I wanted just to open a thread where people could discuss this and come up with ideas and hopefully concretely try things out together within their comfort-level financially, interest-wise, expertise-wise etc.

Don't knock it. A Swedish 26 y/o guy fuked around and created Daniel Wellington watches, which he "was mind blown and literally did not understand why it took off so much" (one of his posts on his IG before he went private). Some years later he bought Stockholms most expensive apartment for $25 mill or so. He still sells for $150 mill a year and is the sole owner, $50 mill profit. Pretentious watch people HATE his quartz watches, but normal people love its simple and nice aesthetics of it.

If people have ideas, I'm open to discussing them. I described the way I see how things could be done based on the dynamics I see at play right now in the world, unfortunately the watch thing seems to have already been done (though I guess you can always try to make something twice or thrice even), but if people have ideas as to how this could work I'm all for discussing stuff. Doesn't cost anything to discuss things. I think the tl;dr post I posted above is helpful to think about, the key that unlocks the door (and $$$) is basically the third point, I don't think we are completely lost, but that's the game-changer that third point. If you hit on that, you've basically got it.

So what product/service is it that we can make, that satisfies those social dynamics that we can shill via social media? Beyond watches, a lifestyle magazine (with aesthetic chicks taking pics reading it) is I think the only thing that comes to my mind right now, but I don't think it's the best option, there's got to be something else that is more contemporary than a magazine (people don't have the attention span to read anymore and the magazine doesn't convey things immediately like a watch does, so we need something more visceral and immediate, that can perhaps be worn or interacted with in a way that portrays value to others instantly). Might be a dead end at this point, unless we try to replicate the watch thing, I wonder whether that'd be a possibilty if we added some new twists to it design-wise or marketing-wise. The Chinese webpage I am at (http://www.ascendwatches.com/how-muc...-make-a-watch/) says production costs for medium specs watches are 15-50usd, 50+ for higher end, low end less than 10. If you can produce watches for 30-40usd and sell for 150-300 based on marketing that is a pretty nice margin for a small team. You've got a manufacturer, your only other costs are going to be paying a designer to design the watch and working with him (which based on the fact that the market is flooded with designers I don't think would be a huge cost), shilling/marketing (I bet there's tons of attractive chicks who would shill it just for a free model too) and shipping. If the brand thing takes off and you start making some serious $$$ you can expand, add a magazine, add bracelets, get some of the models on a permanent basis that are associated with you etc. etc. I mean I see it could be just watches or if you want to expand it could be basically a boutique version of a brand with multiple products that has this upper middle class, stylish, indie/urban, sociallite, status symbol vibe. Just thinking out loud.
1. We know the online landscape and the basics of male-female interactions and consumership
2. We know that now more than ever people will buy things based on hype and brand and know how people are influenced easily, more than ever, by hype and other people wanting the same thing (especially those they look up to or who resemble them)
3. How do we create a brand/product/service that caters to these dynamics and enrich ourselves in the process?

I've worked for a miscer in the past. [Get your minds out of the gutter, it was as a tutor, in line with my usual work! and no, I won't say who it was!].

Been a bit busy recently, but to put something visual to what I was saying, this is sort of the kind of aesthetic I would be going for with the product (chick only has 20k followers btw):

Chick is attractive but doesn't really have e-thot type of pics prevalent on her feed, so it does exactly what I think the product should cater to: attractive classy but avoiding the ethot vulgar garbage.

Still undecided whether it should be something low-cost like a magazine/website that's only time-intensive or something like a watch that costs more $ upfront but has its own benefits as a physical product, but obviously I would like to tap in into those social dynamics I described in my previous posts as I think that's a functional model of selling things in today's day and age.

Not cheap. I want a cool design and a nice brand, I'm not set that it's going to be a fashion article. Also not just to women alone. It's good to shill it to attractive women who fit a certain demographic that you can then sell to though based on how social dynamics work AROUND these women (went into depth as to how I see this in previous posts in this thread). Just my thinking, not saying anything will happen from this specifically, as I don't know what the right product/service would be yet, but I do have a good idea about the dynamics in place that would make it sell, just need to find the right fit product-wise, this is the main problem, initially I was thinking a watch.

Other than that, I'd like to see people's ideas, what they're thinking about, see if any people want to team up over an idea, make something happen. I don't view business as if it were rocket science, just looking at the parameters...you have some like-minded people here, some are smart...why not try make something positive happen, it's always been like this throughout history. Tired of incel posting.

As a miscer, you know the male side of this market better than the women. How can you tap into the OCEAN of neckbeard money floating around out thre? These guys will give every penny to their name for the slightest hint of female attention.

I don't want neckbeards though because onlyfans already has that covered. If you've read my previous posts I'm trying to move away from that and filter into the demographic of women who want to keep some sense of deceny and the men in that circle who are slightly more polished than neckbeards and probably have a little more $$$ in their accounts or at least wish to have it. As far as market goes, I've all already described it in-depth, the key question is what service/product specifically to choose to best tap into that.

Also, I am 100% sure you could handpick the most attractive IG women and organize something like a classy version of onlyfans that doesn't even have nudes but you get dudes paying like $300 to chat with an IG model of their dreams for 1 hour via texting, no nudes or anything, possibly low-key flirting allowed and take 20% as a platform. But I just can't bring myself to do it from the moral standpoint.

it wont work
since most of
miscers are mentally weak
and distracted
even if they make 100k a month

the only best way is
a business funded by miscers
as shareholders and it may be successful
with the proper plan and IDEA
