Cardio/Heart Health Brahs GTFIH
So im not sure if I had the rona or not, but I did definitely have fevers and chills and lethargy for a few days a month or so back. Ive noticed my cardio and power output is dogchit and its a bit concerning knowing what I was previously capable of.
My question is what do you do for heart health/lung health in regards to tracking and monitoring, cardio routines, diet etc
Also if you had the virus and are recovering(Alliance?), how is your cardio now?

If you're experiencing a dramatic change in your cardiovascular output after being sick a "month or so" back, go speak to a doctor.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

What do you mean monitoring? Go to your doctors, they will do bloods, some basic observations, and then refer you on for scans etc if appropriate.

Essentially I think I had it, and I beat it, but it has fuked up my cardio at least for the moment, and am seeking help on getting back to normal levels of fitness
