I'll admit that when all of this BLM virtue signaling, looting/rioting and race war stuff starting firing up again a few months ago I was pissed. As a person that thinks pretty logically, watching all of this insanity unfold around me was very infuriating. So I went around looking for someone or something to lash out at. Some way to make my frustrations heard. I think I've negged more people in the past few months than I have in my entire misc career. I'm sure this is exactly the same way a lot of people participating in actual protests are feeling.

What I think a lot of people are failing to see here is that we all are trying to do what we think is right. As a person that is more right leaning, I look at a lot of leftists and think they are bat **** insane. The thing is, those leftists are looking back at me in the same exact way. Neither of us are doing this out of some sort of malicious intent. We are simply doing what we view is right based upon how we were raised and what we've learned through education and life experience.

I'm sure there are some people that participate on either side that do the things they do for malicious reasons but I'd be willing to bet that they are a small minority.

We are all on the same team and should be working together to find logical ways to make improvements instead of simply hurling insults back and forth and seeing who can post the most black on white vs white on black crime videos. We should be railing against the powers that want to see us divided and instead find a common ground. What can I do to help put food on your plate without taking it out of my family's mouth?

White brahs are tired of automatically being a racist/nazi/school shooter that aren't allowed defend themselves against such accusations and having all of their accomplishments chalked up to white privilege.

Now I know your knee jerk reaction is to say "Those two are no where near the same!!" And maybe you're right but I'm just trying to point out the similarities in our positions.

This may come off as idealistic but I don't care. It was just something I've been thinking about.

I completely agree with what you all have said. Like I said, I'm a logical person that leans right so all this **** is insane to me as well. But the point I'm trying to make is that I don't think these people are saying "Hey let's pull down statues/call people racist/loot etc.." just so I can piss off AdamSMW or OptimiusPrime11. The majority of them are doing this because it's what they believe is right. It's what they are being fed around the clock. Normally, for divided people to unite, you'd need an external threat to provide the impetous. But I honestly can't think of any external threat that would bring us together now.

What unites us? Is it our heritage, respect for traditions, the national anthem, the flag, the same language, ect...? I think you can see what the problem is. The fact is we very little in common and very little to unite over.

You might think that our cultural diversity is a weakness. I'm not sure that is correct.

Off the cuff I can think of a couple of large groups that are generally seen as traditional and unlikely to be far left:

- Asians (communal valued over individual, work ethic, family responsibility/honor)
- Hispanics (maybe Mexican? strong traditional gender roles, hard working, Catholicism)
- Various religious groups (I can't imagine a SJW Muslim. You?)

There are some loud impractical crazies on both sides of the spectrum. And I'm generally open minded up to the point of ideas that deny reality in such a way they are doomed beyond hope.

Opie, you are right that we are all on the same team. We are all Americans, and should be rooting for America to succeed. The way I see it tho is like how I view agitators at my work constantly trying to scrape for every little bread crumb of an advantage like milking it for OT, filing grievances left and right, avoiding work, abusing FMLA for 3 day weekends every week, faking injuries, etc. These people are not the majority, most people here clock in and do their jobs, but that small minority fuks chit up for everyone else. On top of that, it sucks the company resources and weakens it overall. What happens when the company is paying out the ass for these idiots and then goes belly up? EVERYBODY loses. Instead of busting their ass, getting promoted, and legit moving up, these ass holes try to manipulate the system to get theirs.

And that's the way I see core of BLM, Antifa, etc. Their outrageous demands threaten the country and communities we all live in. They can't simply accept the way things are and work within the system to "make it," they have to change the whole fukking system at the cost of everyone's stability and lifestyle. This affects us all. In ways you can't even see. I'm seeing it now with guys pulling the race card every fukking time they are asked to do something or get disciplined. The morale is sinking. Everyone sees it, everyone knows it's bullschit, and yet nothing can be done. How does growth happen from here? It doesn't. We become a dying relic.

Most democrats I come into contact with are level headed and if you approached them they would agree with a LOT of conservative ideas, especially when you talk about their money or kids. The fringe wants to pull everything left until "normal" becomes "far right," and anything standing for family values becomes bigoted or privileged or whatever term becomes popular. They are normalizing crazy stupid chit. Let me tell you, I have voted Obama AND Hillary, and I ain't casting my ballot to the D's until this chit straightens out. I don't care how big a putz Trump is. The Dems are destroying America.

Real talk-this Earth is currently ruled by a small, vicious, psychotic group of people. This group sees the rest of us with the UTMOST contempt. Indeed, they see most of us as an obstacle, and a hindrance to THEIR prosperity and enjoyment. Pretty soon, they are going to start taking active steps to get rid of most of us. We are nearing the biggest genocide in human History. All this is coming right around the corner-with the mass vaccinations and the induced issues with our food supply.

All this chit with "BLM" and ANTIFA are DISTRACTIONS. The whole "left/right" paradigm is a DISTRACTION. While we are marching, looting, protesting, countermarching and counter-protesting-the greatest wealth transfers in History have happened. The Middle Class has been BRUTALIZED, and the elites are just getting started. It's all really tragic. But it all happens because of our ignorance. No matter who wins the presidential election, or the local elections in your country...the future looks bleak.


While we are arguing about stupid politics, a war is being waged against humanity. The people waging it are VASTLY outnumbered by the rest of us. However, they have alot of tenacity, alot of resources....and the majority of us don't even know that the war is being waged.
