I'm trying to find a nice indica strain to put me out but I have a high tolerance. Got an ounce of 9lb hammer being delivered this week. Hopefully it does the trick.

I was checking for Benadryl on Amazon Canada right now but it's not available?! I take EC Stack and I heard Benadryl helps reset tolerance when you get too used to it.

Lay off the multivitamins, better your diet, drink teas, fruits and veggies (srs)
Let me guess, you take a pre workout at 7pm right before the gym followed by multi vitamin with 100000% the recommended daily intake?

do you watch TV or play video games in the few hours before bed? That could be it.
Have you ever tried reading a book before bed? That helps a lot of people knock out quick.
Most Sleep studies recommend:
The bed is for sleep and sex only, no TV or screens in bed.
Establish a sleep routine, same bed time a wake time every day.
Physical activity during the day to tire you out.
No sugar, caffeine before bed.

15 years of midnight shift. ******, an OTC sleeping pill, and 10mg melatonin and sometimes I still wake up 1.5 hours after I fall asleep.

night and day. sedate to live
"Biggest fear in life is holding babies. Their so fragile, if you drop them you can ruin their entire life.
When a baby is looking at me and no one else is, I like to make sad faces to get the baby to cry and no one knows why it's crying. If they are young enough they will mimic other peoples emotions so if you act sad they will get sad." -captiontom

I take sleeping pills and drink Scotch every night to be able to sleep. I use doxylamine succinate, the other type sleep pills does nothing for me and melatonin actually keeps me awake. I read staring at computer screen effects sleep and causes eye strain. Gonna order one of those yellow tint anti-blue light glasses and use it anytime I look at a screen.

You don't need special glasses, and yes blue light messes with circadian rhythm.

Same for my phone. Blue light was the source of my strain induced headaches and insomnia for years.

Magnesium Glycinate and Ashwaganda, and a cold shower and i'm sleeping like a baby. Even without the shower, Glycinate and ash works for me. Most people don't get enough magnesium in their diet so the fact you get it and it helps you sleep is good, and nobody becoming addicts off ashwaganda
As for miscers with not sleeping cause of the computer, download eye saver and turn the temperature to 2000-2500...makes a hell of a difference.

Been struggling with falling asleep my whole life. The best thing to do for me is force myself to always stay on schedule and cut out caffeine after lunch. I hate going to the gym in the morning but it’s impossible to fall asleep for me too if I do it after work.
This body holding me, be my reminder here that I am not alone.

Pretty sure the Benadryl will end up having the opposite effect and causing even more insomnia ultimately.
I watch the joy of painting every night before bed (100% srs). Out like a light within 20 minutes of watching. I can't even finish most episodes.

I take .25mg of Melatonin every night. I tend to go "balls to the wall" so to speak right up until its time for go to sleep... its just who I am... so a lot of times I fail to give myself that period of relaxation that is important to get prior to shutting it down for the night. Just a tiny bit of Melatonin dissolved under the tongue helps put me in REM sleep quick for at least 4-5 hours a night.
