Same went for rich piana, and that it was primarily the recs which fukked him up.

Now appears to be the same for this guy

The denial from the bodybuilding community about how bad these substances really are is truly staggering
This. Also, both Dallas and Luke were RedCon1 "athletes" - how bad does it look for business if two of your young guys die due to creatine
Starting weight 130lbs
Current stats: 6"2, 210lbs.

The 8th and final rule: If this is your first night at Gym Club....... you have to squat.

You can safely double the numbers anyone admits to. He was probably taking 3x as much tren as he admits plus the other chit. Even my old bros @ golds Venice would never fully admit what they were doing, they'd say well a gram a week of test, I'd say and?? And they would say ok, and a gram of tren. And?? And then 150mg a day orals. And? Ok and 10iu a day. And? Ok and slin. And? Etc

It's a real tragedy how even in the open information age no one has any idea the real scale of abuse today and "back in the day" when "low dose" 90s pros would inject a whole vial a day of whatever they were given by their gay "sponsors". Bb.com intentionally tried to keep this in the dark for years but even open board like reddit etc are full of tards who parrot stuff without understanding the true extent of the abuse going on and believe Lee priest was on 200mg a week or that Arnie and Zane were on trt doses etc

I really don't think the responsible use of gear is that bad...I can elaborate if wanted and I understand this statement is very general and in need of caveats.

Top level pros live and breathe bodybuilding. None of it is healthy at the high level - the food intake, the training, the stims, the downers, the body weight. Take out the gear and these guys would still be in a mess (no gear would drop bodyweight a ton and would drastically improve health). Add gear into the mix, especially giant amounts, and things can become deadly.

I'm not advocating that gear is, 'healthy', but I think it can be pretty neutral for a lot of guys who take the time to learn the ins and outs and don't dedicate their entire existence to getting huge

Kind of. You sound knowledgable and know what you're talking about, but - genetics play a HUGE role. Especially genetic response to certain PEDs. I'm sure you know this, but it can't be down played. Some guys can and do get away with low amounts (relative) and still are giant

Obviously, like Levrone would be a 190lb skinny fat alcoholic for most of the year then blow the fuk up in a few months to do the mr O

I saw one dude go from truck driver to winning the overall at the LA NPC in a few months because of his response, but even with a good response those dudes do megadosing . I once had a mid level IFBB pro tell in Golds me what he was taking for his off-season for Mr O and it blew even my mind. The lower level NPC dudes were looking at kidney failure by 40 with the chit they took

Its the people with chit genetics who megadose that are the real victims imo. I obviously don't look as good on trt as I did when on but its only like a 20% difference and I'll take that loss of size and hardness over a heart attack before 45

And that's not even getting into the degenerate vile chit they have to do to make the money for those drug bills

Gotcha. I'm with you - would happily take a slight hit in size + leanness for a considerable positive uptick in health. Would be awesome if you shared some stories

Everyone is always eager to point fingers at juice when a bodybuilder dies from heart disease

Heart disease are the leading cause of death among men in the west

This lifestyle can be unhealthy but oj is only a small factor

Rest in peace

It's all about genetics and the ability to respond to them. But it's true some people abuse their tmobile plan without taking a break to wait for their next billing cycle

Dude, most of these guys POUND food 5-10 times a day. No matter how 'clean' (whatever that means) the food is, it is not healthy

This comment speaks to some others made ITT. You say he isnโ€™t that big. By any sense of normality, he is huge. Especially at that fat percentage. 99.99999999% of people would say he is overly big.

Yep. Trying to cover up the fact that IFBB open class is a competition of how much drugs you can take without dying of heart failure.

Whatโ€™s mad is - as I said in a thread ages ago - most of these guys are killing themselves to get 8th in the Shelbyville Classic and 7th in the North Haverbrook Open. Itโ€™s crazy.

In 2017 over 70,000 people died from opioid over-doses in America. On average, 130 Americans die per day from an OD.

In America approximately 650,000 people die from heart disease every year. Or 1 person every 37 seconds.

In retrospect how many body builders die from too much anabolic substances? Is it from being 275lbs+ and putting all that strain on their heart? Is it from diuretics? Is it because of organ enlargement? Etc.

Simple truth is being that heavy is unhealthy whether its fat or muscle. Gear allows them to get that heavy with muscle. But is it the gear or the year after year of being extremely over-weight? Taxing the body through forced eating. Cutting. Etc. ?

McCarver choked on food. Rich was snorting recreational substances. Matt Porter's heart failed but he talked openly about how crazy he was taking all kinds of substances and how hard he was on his body before that. Sandoe's family is claiming his heart failed and it was a health issue. But the person that found him and his best friend say it was intentional. Etc.

Millions of gym bro's, athletes and bodybuilders are using performance enhancers without dying.

Honestly I think there's unhealthy polarization from both sides. There's denial on one end, and broad stroked assumptions on the other.

That said, when you reach that level in bodybuilding, you are not optimizing for health. You're sacrificing it. That's a cost that should be acknowledged.

Dallas McCarver choked on food? LOL No he didn't. Clearly none of you have seen/heard about his released autopsy. The dude had SEVERE narrowing of the arteries, a 900 gram heart (3x normal), 2x normal sized lungs, 3x normal size liver, kidneys were also enlarged, thyroid cancer, and a 67,000 ng/ml testosterone level at time of death....THIS GUY WAS 26 YEARS OLD...he had a heart arrythmia that killed him.

People are fukking stupid seriously.

The denial in the comments in Luck Sandoe video is ridiculous.

I distanced myself from the "bodybuilding industry" a very long time ago. It just gets worse and worse.

Narcissism and NPD, body image disorders, denial, attention seeking. Actually sad stuff. I have had many friends involved in it.

Exercise for optimal health.

Can somebody put this in perspective to the levels of a healthy natty lifter of the same age? 67,000 is a large number but I donโ€™t feel like I understand fully exactly how elevated he was.
