Turboretard status I'm srs

Any time you put the strain of heavy weight on a fatigued muscle group you're greatly increasing the risk of injury because it's already weakened

Depends on how you're training it. If hypertrophy then you're goofing. Muscular endurance? It's fine.

If you are going a ton of sets yes, if not, no issues at all. I've always thought it was beneficial to switch things out of the typical bro split routines every now and then. There are times when I will do full body 3 days in a row, I just don't hammer any body part when I so it.

Yes. You'll see zero benefit while increasing risk as I mentioned.

People always seem to forget that recovery is how you make progress, it takes time. There's no rushing in bodybuilding.

This. If you do 1 exercise per body part for 3x10 or whatever, you can absolutely train full body everyday (maybe take 1 or 2 days off a week). For example, if you did 3x10 bench on Monday for chest, on Tuesday do incline or dips, or switch to db's. If for back you did bent over rows, do pull-ups.

I say your body adapts and will grow, will get stronger, and You will gain endurance as well

15 days straight except saturdays as I rest on GDs Sabbath of heavy bench work 225 plus for max Reps to fail first thing in the morning mostly fasted (Then regular weight training in the afternoon} 15 days to go

Well I think that answers that guestion lol

Oh well, Never mind boys you'll never get it

I wouldn't train it as hard as the day before but it should be fine.

It's called "active recovery" and I think it's GOAT.

I used to have 3 levels of intensity for each muscle group so ex. Back I'd hit heavy, medium next day, light the day after that, then 1-2 days of rest and repeat.

That was mixed in with other body parts, I'd try and have it so I'm hitting one group heavy on the same day I'm hitting another group light and keep going with that scheme.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.
