I have family that are into this placebo bullchit. Lmk when they do a double blind study and have some results in a halfway reputable scientific journal.

I did not watch it, but I have read a fair bit on the subject. They claim it helps with everything - high blood pressure, athletic ability, cancer, etc.

cmon beta losing weight is always calories. maybe she just felt mentally better from the sunlight and didnt pig the **** out as often.

It's not always calories, it can be thyroid issue and metabolism changes due to age.

The movie did not say laying on the ground = weight loss. Nor is that what I believe happened.

Less inflammation = hormones working better, and feeling better. Hormones working better + feeling better = better metabolism, moving more, and less comfort eating.

Being close to nature is really good for us. I've seen other research about how it helps with concentration, mood, etc.

I enjoy grounding. It does help some, with the most noticeable difference I've noticed is after playing tennis, if I ground, about 30 minutes latter the pain of running around on a hard surface court is gone. If I don't ground my legs will hurt for about a day or two.

Makes sense that hippies are always walking barefoot, hugging trees and feeling one with the earth (more in tune with the earth’s frequency)

Somewhat skeptical about chakras, but I’ve had a couple psychic experiences through dreams after focusing on healing one of my upper chakra points (third eye and psychic abilities). Working with specific crystals tailored to your needs is imperative

If I recall they also showed different sound frequencies alter the orientation of water at a molecular level. Since the body is mostly water, then theoretically certain frequencies can have a significant effect on energy, mood, hormone production, etc

Using sound waves in tandem with meditation to manifest is probably the first step towards truly hacking the matrix
