Why is it that every time jk posts a lifting thread, you golfing *******s flock to it like flies on a pile of schit? Are you just waiting there salivating all day, dink in hand with a half chub at the thought of posting your half-witted insults on his posts?

Help my fuk you guys. Find a new hobby outside hitting a little dimpled ball with a crooked stick and dressing like trust fund *******s.

Don’t think I’ll get anywhere close to that. I’ve been on 225 for years. May be able to get 1x3 reps with that on a good day.

I made way more progress in the 2 years after stopping flat bench vs the first 4. Explain it. Natties are apparently wasting their time after 3 years, so what gives?

We can't explain what you did wrong. Nobody knows we weren't there, you fuked up somehow.

its not the bench press that's flawed its you

look at your chest. its completely lacking and falling behind the rest of the muscle groups and chronically underdeveloped.

Incline will have carryover to flat bench, no one is disputing that
I mean I hit 295 bench within a year and a half, 4 plate squat and 5 plate DL (sumo) within a year of training seriously... I don't think I was ****ing about

What you stated is still pretty bad progress regardless, i dont know how you can even argue my point. You're on ster0ids, you gained more bodyweight, you're more experienced and bench only went up 20lbs?.........20lbs

Cmon
Yet I can almost guarantee I look better than you, so why do you think I care
