mayweather has some personality flaws and some similarities as Dan but there is an entire other side of him that is nothing like blitzerian. He had a worth ethic and mental strength that even many of the best champions didnt have, a lot of guys end up alcoholics and cokeheads by their mid 30s, mayweather never drank or did drugs. He came prepared all 50 fights, he trained harder than anyone out there, not easy to do when you have a mansion and bugattis, but he retired as the best fighter in the world at 38 and was self made. Dan doesnt have any of that chit. all dan can talk about is the times he had to drop out of BUDs, and then what, he just waited around until his trust fund age hit. Oh and he placed 180th in the world series of poker 12 years ago. Entirely different work ethics and successes.

From the article it doesnt look good, Dan is in US, hes majority shareholder of the company thats publicly traded in Canada, so there are the complications that come along with a multinational publicly traded company, then they hired exec from Proctor and Gamble as president to run the company and he sees the absolute chitshow taking place, Dan charging his "models" aka escorts and personal rent, party expenses ect to the company, accountants find all this out as theyre preparing their mandatory reporting forms, the exec hes probably filing the lawsuit not just for the money for whatever losses his shares took but in preparation to clarify his role before any criminal investigations/charges start coming out. He probably knows the best corporate lawyers and it doesnt sound like he is suing for petty reasons. Sounds like he wants to cover his ass and say in court "hey I didnt sign off on Dan using investor money for these things"

Now ball is in dans court, he says all untrue I will be counter suing, lmao ok now up to you to justify all your expenses charged to the company.
