there are ways to not be natty without being on a ton chit. Absolutely no interest in that
How long were you training to get lean at 175lbs natty? I’m the same height and would be happy being lean at just 165lbs lmao. Repped.

Edit: dafuq on spread apparently, I need to start repping more in general.

Looks good to me. A working dad with that physique is no joke.

Could you write out your approach to cutting, when you have time? Or link me to a good guide?

Thanks man. Keep it brutally simple. Start cals as high as possible and just bump them down 1-2 weeks at a time. Legit started at 3400 cals haha. Outside of that, all my carbs on training days are around the workout. ~40g before, 40-60 intra and 100-125 post

We were at 750 carbs and 300ish protein pushing from 205 to 215. Fats kept as low as possible, usually 75-90.

Look great, good progress and a better physique than 100% of haters.

But do you have gyno? Hard to tell from this pic but it looks like you might have a little flare up. Worth chucking in some nolva if so or upping your A.I (although like i said it's hard to tell from the pic and could just be the lighting)

Yeah if you need to reach cals I’d much rather it be made up in proton than carbs for sure.

Looking good OP.
