I saw a documentary called Salt of the Earth and it was so depressing and bleak. It scared me to think about human nature and how hopeless we are. I remember feeling like chit the whole day after watching it.

That scene was alright for that movie. Seen worse.

Film: The Nightmare on Elm Street - Watched as a kid, and then I couldn't sleep without a night light for years afterwards.

Book: 1984 - The psychological and physical torture in the book legit terrified me, because I felt such empathy for the character.

LOL, you reminded me...

There is a game on Xbox called The Suffering. I wasn't warned that the lead character hears evil and angelic voices.

The first voices you hear are in surround sound, whispering"Kill Him! Go on, Kill Him!"literally as you are walking towards another person who is unaware of you. For a second I thought I was schizophrenic, then I realized it was the game.

When I read that freaky south korean webcomic that messed with your scrolling; that gave me a legit fright lol

It was called "The Bongcheon-Dong Ghost" and the freaky scrolling scare doesn't work on modern Firefox.

Oh yeah forgot about this one

Think they had a load of filmed footage of the hellscape scenes which got burned up in a fire and never made it to the final cut
