You have lots of genetic trends in races. Blacks more likely to get sickle cell, asians more likely to be allergic to alcohol. They can look at a skeleton/skull and guess at a race but not really be sure. They can look at DNA and guess at what race they would be but not 100% sure either.
There are many different races. One can tell people until blue in the face that 'race is a social construct' and not biological, but it's so obviously untrue and flies in the face of all human experience that very few people will ever believe it no matter how many seemingly scientific but ultimately sophistic arguments are presented.

Race being a biological category that determines a persons character is a white nationalist racist BS theory.

Race exists as a social construct that defines specific groups in a population that often do not share biological similarities. Racial differences are manifested through morphological characteristics selected by ecological factors.

That is an obviously ideological opinion piece, not a paper. Just because groups can sometimes overlap doesn't mean they aren't distinct groups.
