If you're 30+ and you're top 10%, meaning you still have a full head of hair, you dress well, have money and a good job, aren't socially retarded, etc.. you can easily get a woman in her 20s. Early 20s might be a tough sell, but mid to late 20s is on the table.
If you're 30+ and you're NOT top 10%.. you will either have to settle for a woman your age who has been divorced or isn't very attractive, or you'll have to settle for an older woman, or you'll probably be single forever. Only exception is if you go to Asia and get a woman over there.

Interesting take here. I saw another thread here the other day that suggested guys settle down too early if their peak value is say @ age 35 but they settle at 25, you are essentially drafting too early potentially settling on a lower value team than you could be worth down the line. This comes down to knowing yourself and either being happy with that potential regret or just deal with it as life comes.
I'm pretty happy with my long term gf I am ok with "drafting early" but that decision is different for everyone

Early 30’s brah here, had a couple girls that were marriage material that I let slip by in my 20’s that would have likely been solid wifey material, one in particular, cute, good genetics, six figure business, but wasn’t the right time. On the other hand, about a half dozen girls that were actively interested in me for marriage and things would have ended up semi-ok at best, miserable in a few cases.
From my group of friends that are around my age and are unmarried, the ones that are comfortably earning 6 figures ($200k plus) are happily single. Tall, athletic, generally above average aesthetics and have game, seem pretty happy overall.
The ones that are my age and scrambled to find a girl last second married down considerably in my opinion.
If you’re upper tier income, aesthetic, live a fulfilling life and enjoying it, there are plenty of dateable women. There are some compromises though and rules you generally have to follow.
#1. Absolutely no single moms looking for a meal ticket.
#2. You will have to deal with dumb sloots bs if you’re slaying early 20’s, I’m pretty good at zoning out and just not caring, but jamming a dink down their throat is a good way to shut them up.
#3. Attractive and athletic women in their early 30’s with 6 figure incomes usually have some type of highly obnoxious fatal flaw. Being highly offend-able seems to be a consistent trend. Also they typically have a few man-hating friends that have been screwed over, dealing with these annoying bishes is awful.
#4. Finding a long term datable woman will take awhile unless you’re lucky. The pool is simply smaller.
Basically, if you’re upper tier and living a life where you’re happy being single, and not in a rush, you’re fine in your 30’s. Plenty of attractive bobble head sloots in their early 20’s that appreciate assets and taking care of yourself, but few and far between will be wifey material. Occasionally a few med school/law school/CPA/MBA types if you get lucky and are in the right circles.
If you’re in a rush to find wifey material and you’re in your 30’s, you’re phucked.
I also own a gym and have a successful professional career so access/status is on my side more than most. At the end of the day, at least you aren’t phucked with alimony and child support from some bish that gained 30 lbs that you married out of college.
If you’re single and 30, don’t own a home, have a significant retirement account, and aren’t doing what you love career wise and generally in life, what the fuk is your excuse?
I will put one caveat with single moms, there are a few “regulars” that hit me up once every few months, but they all have successful careers, Dad #1 is around, and they’re just looking for no strings sex from someone that isn’t a sketchy scumbag and they know won’t get involved in their social lives. They live in a larger town about an hour away and come up for a weekend get away when Daddy has the kids. Usually grab dinner, and fukfest at my house before heading home Sunday morning. The most involved is going on a weekend camping trip. Absolutely never meet the kids and it seems like they prefer it that way.

I'm in a position where I'm 32, making six figures, am aesthetic and good looking, but somehow ended up a recluse. I just stopped giving a fuk about having a social life for some reason. Back when I did socialize I had no problems making decent friends, but it's been a while. I'm trying to find someone five years younger and I seem to have plenty of options but I've lied and said my age was 28. Not sure how it'll come across if they find out I'm 32.

What their respective lives look like in ten years, I’m not sure, but they’re living generally happier lives than the other guys 5-6 guys in our group that got married and are pumping kids.
I play rugby so I have a constant supply of people to hang out with, but I do get the recluse thing, I’ve definitely been annoyed with a few of my friends that went all in on chitty marriages and fell off the map. I don’t have a “crew” anymore if you will which I do miss from my younger years, but have 3-4 close friends I fish/hunt with, and a bigger group of 10 scattered around the country that I get together with every year for fantasy football, but we don’t talk often. If you like dogs, get one is my advice.
I’d say generally don’t lie about your age, women simply do not care. That’s not a dealbreaker and if it is she’s an idiot and not worth the time anyways. There are guys I know who within two years of graduating college went full bloat and looked like washed up 40 year olds. I’ve never had a girl so much as blink when I tell her my age.

Some people still are friends with people they probably really don't like purely because of loyalty, but I've legit stopped seeing someone because their friends were intolerable and I could tell there just would be dramas if I tried to not hang out with them.
There’s a girl in particular that I enjoy fukking but her friend is intolerable, always guilt tripped my friend into tagging along, we’d find ways to ditch her eventually, but it was exhausting. They moved in together and I had to put my foot down and the only time we fuk now is when she comes over to groom my dog. Srs.

There have been a few actual relationships that developed but didn’t work out for various reasons, but from the outset a family was never on the table. Also was never going to be one of those traditional wifey relationships. Very much so catching each other in passing to fuk and in the couple where we lived together plenty of nights where we lived fairly parallel lives that only intersected in the bedroom and going out once or twice a week for drinks or an occasional date night.I think the main complaint is that they put their career over everything else. Also in the relationships I’m aware of where my friends married another doctor, etc. kids have not been involved and they’re getting to the age where kids would have already happened. I can think of about a dozen professional/professional relationships and none have kids.

My point is that too many men whine about things they have total control over rather than doing something about it. Don't have hair? Shave your head. Too short? Hit the gym and start looking good and get some lifts if you need to. Actually go out and meet women if you want to get laid and lower your standards while you're working on it. Don't like your job? Start working on a side gig you enjoy.
It's easier than a lot of people think to be happy.
