I have been running Phraks Greyskull without any accessory work (zero cardio) for the past three months. The pictures are exactly 3 months apart. From June 8th to Sept 8th. My calories are at 3100 per day and I have been averaging around 3000 calories per day.
I do not know how much I have progressed on my lifts exactly as I had to redownload the app because my other phone went on me.
I drink a lot of whole milk (at least 5 cups per day) and I like to eat some sort of chicken/steak/pork on a daily basis. My goal is to get up to 200 lbs. I try to get at least 120+ grams of protein per day
Can anybody guess what my BF% is?
This is me three years ago (140 lb)

Definitely noticeable progress. 18% for a ballpark for BF? Maybe a bit higher, not too sure how much you're sucking in your gut.
Wouldn't worry too much about the exact number. You're lean enough where you can reasonably continue bulking and not look like a fat phuck, though getting shredded probably would be a few months' work.

Seems like you are doing things right though. I like the greyskull programs from what I've read, and it seems like your physique is fairly balanced.
