Oof thatbwipl he bad, especially if challenged at that level. It would be rare but with all of the election changes this year it may come down to it like in 2k.

Also he can recess appoint as well so throw a vote for him that way. If it gets locked up somehow that recess appointment will sit until the next nomination or session of the senate.

If she cared so much, she would have retired 10 years ago, you know, when she was old as f*** and Obama and the dems had a clear majority and could have replaced a liberal who was 40 years old to keep that seat filled. She famously refused to retire. At the end of the day, she cared more about her dynasty than this issues she championed. RIP.

Yes. This is the essence of the disagreement between the left and right. I know three are likely to walk Romney may flip, Grassley, Murk, and Collins may pass. However they can afford to lose 6 votes. Romney is likely the only one to vote against. Plenty of room.
