100 days left til the end of the year
Gotta go harder now
Any suggestions?

Nutrition
Exercise
Reading, Nofap, meditating, cold showers, all that chit......
Deleted tiktok, misc less, less phone time in general
HIIT?
Sungazing?
Wim Hoff?
Affirmations?
Vitamins, supps?
Just naming chit at this point. Any advice on what's useless and what's a MUST.

Control your digital life better - iphone and android both have tools built in to check/limit how much time you're wasting, plus apps like Forest are great. I'm 38 and even I am on my phone too much... The generation after mine are brutally addicted and I cholse those words carefully.
