Control your digital life better - iphone and android both have tools built in to check/limit how much time you're wasting, plus apps like Forest are great. I'm 38 and even I am on my phone too much... The generation after mine are brutally addicted and I cholse those words carefully.

Best daily habit is probably not wasting time on noise and other miniscule stuff that aren't directly related to that, and imo most of the stuff itt looks like noise

You just listed my strongest habit and my weakest. I downloaded that app today to track my phone usage. Away from home I dont even look at my phone but once I'm home its over.

Nice. I like this. If I had a 100 percent locked in goal I was determined to reach I would definitely disregard the noise. I haven't set goals yet which is pretty stupid but they will come. I'll use these last days as a trial run for habits.
