Progress Log
going to document my training log and nutrition here. Gonna run a kinobody program lol. I have all of em, but I’m leaning towards his new one. Should be fun and I can use this log for accountability. I start tomorrow. Today I’m being lazy and eating whatever I want.

From what I've heard/seen, he's pretty cookie-cutter, and he doesn't strike me as a serious lifter or someone who actually thinks too hard about programming.
Don't actually know is programs (beyond that he has some "hollywood-physique" -slanted SS knockoff) though, so in for answers I guess.

Starting weight 194.2 fukkk feel bloated and fat. Today we start. 1900 calories. I used the rippedbody calculator to get that number. I’m debating whether I’m gonna lift today or not. If I’d do not lift I’ll go for a 40 min LISS session.

Floor presses - do not under rate these. do these maybe on your shoulder press day or something. After a few weeks of doing these and making progress, your bench will benefit.
Incline press - nice on the 210 x 5. Since incline bench isnt a "powerlifting" lift i d recommend doing this instead: control the negative a tad more and do a pause at the chest for about 2seconds (of couse still stay tight/keep pushing up on the bar on the pause dont relax) then explode up

I’m curious to see if my bench improves in any way. When I hit a 270 bench my max incline was like 215-220 lol. We shall see

Found one of Greg’s older programs which has a bit more frequency/less volume compared to what I was doing. Arms will be hit Monday and Friday. Weighted dips will be on the menu Friday’s. Can’t wait.
Great workout today. 225x5 bench after 3 sets of incline made me super happy. My best all time flat bench was 225x6 fresh.
Also I need to put more effort into diet as weekends I’m completely ducking myself over. Time to focus

That 155 curl killed me lol. Kinda feel it in my low back. Gotta be a little careful next time.

Wednesday
Romanian Deadlift (Barbell)
Set 1: 355 lb × 6
Set 2: 320 lb × 8
Bulgarian Split Squat
Set 1: 70 lb × 8
Set 2: 60 lb × 10
Cable Pull Through
Set 1: 70 lb × 12
Set 2: 65 lb × 12
I hate training legs. Idk why. There was no excitement going into this. I had to really prep myself mentally for that first rdl set.
