What he has done in his life is quite remarkable.... but its mental illness that allows such extreme repetitions. In normal people, extreme repetitions coupled with off the carts bodily atrophy would lead to devastating CNS fatigue which would cause and exacerbate more mental illness.

Homie found his niche, but just hearing his wife talk you can tell she questions him and her life with him. David is one of those guys where once things start slowing down and he can't "maintain" his extreme repetitions... he crashes and commits suicide or turns to drugs.

He was universally hated in the seal teams...

Then moved over and tried Delta Force, passed every test and was denied a spot because...he was universally hated

Dude seems like a beast mentally and physically but a complete autist that no one can get along with. He has the reputation of likes to train and likes to belittle others but wouldn’t bust a grape in food fight...

Good luck to his future wife

I've been exercising non stop for 13 years religiously so I can somewhat relate to Goggins. Its simply different brain chemistry that makes people exercise and stretch etc like this. I completely understand his lifestyle. Many times have I had 3+ hour gym sessions and I've also stretched for hours.

The only thing I fail to understand is how can you be that disciplined yet not fix your feet? If you can focus and work that hard surely you can make your fukin feet look better. No?

he always says when he gets on his death bed he doesn't want to think about not giving it all he got when he dies and not leaving even 5% of effort out, pushing his body and mind to the limit. he doesn't want to be adequate and run 2 miles a day, he wants to be uncommon among men and not " normal". when people say he has a mental issue it just an excuse people use to feel better about themselves in his words.

She wasn't bitching.

If you know anything about his work ethic, it extreme and regimented it is 0.00001% of the world. Even Goggins says so himself. She lives with him, and is just talking about the reality of being with someone like him. Did you expect her to hero worship him? Then I would know she was bullchitting if she did that, like most of those couples that break up after a few years who write overly sentimental things to each other online.

I think you've read her completely wrong.

One time when I was at college I didn't log out of the library computer before I left and someone posted "Nobody likes me because I stay logged in at [redacted] library" on my account. I deleted it though

You guys have to realize his upbringing too. Dealing with what he did obviously left a mental mark on him. Mix that with joining the seals and his own words saying "I looked at myself as God's weakest creation," and you have a dude that basically has nothing to lose. Instead of an addiction to masturbation, alcohol, drugs, or other things like you degenerates do, he found his in a weird niche of extremism.

While what he does is extreme, I find it funny how so many miscers are trying to bring him down or makes him out to be a chithead. Dude found solace in extreme physical activity. Held the record for most pull ups in 24 hours for a while. Was a navy seal, does ultra marthons in deserts, and yet we have fukknig miscers with 20k posts who fap to tranny porn calling him crazy like they have done something with their lives.

Only miscers man I swear lmao. No reason to envy him. But you have zero ability to knock him either. You just seem weak and beta. Just another ankle biter.

He seems like the extreme Type A personality. I admire his dedication but most people certainly don't need all of that and a lot of his knowledge probably won't transfer to the daily life of the average person.

That's not what I'm seeing. I don't envy anything about mindless dedication or shirking your relationships onto your partner. I'm taking her words literally, but if my partner's friends were texting me because he wasn't responding, my thought is not that this person is finding solace in extreme physical discipline or whatever, my thought is he's being a douche of a human and needs to either tell his friends that running off into the woods is more important than his relationship with them or that he's an unreliable person and will eventually get back to them, but only when it's convenient for him, because it's all about David. I stand by what I said, whole people don't act this way. I'm trying to imagine a spouse who is just so evolved that nothing excites them and thinking that's a perfectly normal way for a person to live. It reads like a list of excuses from a woman who knows her emotionally absent partner will never bother to show gratitude, and that's sad.

OMG I love it when you talk that way.
When Trump faces a reality she can't stand, she becomes highly emotional and illogical. Every crisis is met by histrionics, tantrums and an inability to deal with facts. "Its a HOAX! Its a FRAUD!"

The emotion then becomes the reality. Those of us with girlfriends are familiar with this phenomena. Donald Trump menstruating 24/7: "Blood coming out of his eyes, blood coming out of his WHEREVER."

The craziest thing about him is that he doesn't use his phone much? Some people are just way more introverted then others. Maybe that time alone is EXACTLY what he needs to be right with himself and the world. What exactly are you saying isn't healthy? Maybe he gets back to them when he can. His partner is there because she wants to be, she knew the person he was when she got into it with him. I wouldn't say he's unhealthy. I'd say he's abnormal.

The point is, the judgement is not useful, and especially not fair.

The point is, the judgement is not useful, and especially not fair.
That's a little twisty - not using your phone much is different from isolating while your partner deals with the fallout. Again, I'm taking the words at face value, but of course it's not healthy to not get back to people who care about you for so long that your friends wonder if you're alive.

I really don't see how judging and evaluating people who make videos of themselves and broadcast it on social media is not fair. WTF else does he want, verbal blowjobs? It's weird, and he's responding because people have engaged with him saying it's weird.
