Some guys do not care. Not saying they shouldn't but they just don't. Muzzlepress for instance, he has a wife at home who's raising his child and he loves his life. He doesn't care that potentially in the future he has to give away his money, at least right now he doesn't care.

There are plenty of things that can happen in decades. I have been married for decades and there has been lot of sickness and death and hardship and life events, a lot of things that you experience with your partner. I'm pretty sure it has added years to both of our lives that we haven't had to go through life alone or always looking for someone to connect with.

And most of the formerly middle class divorced dads I know ended up living like peasants anyway because they are now supporting 1.5 households.
Well there are a lot of assumptions and unknowns in there. You are assuming that a wife will not make any contribution, assuming that the divorced dads you know:

- had wives that did not contribute
- were in good financial condition (not in debt) prior to divorcing their first wife
- aren't either intentionally living on less to save $$$
- aren't intentionally delaying some compensation until their alimony term is complete
- are "supporting 1.5 households", or IOW that their new spouse doesn't contribute

Really you should do what you want. Same as anyone. I just think that many miscers have an outdated view of how divorce proceedings work presently in most states.

Yeah I won't even get into marrying a high powered corporate woman because that is a completely different ball of wax, but me and most of the people I associate with prefer traditionally conservative women. Most of those women don't have much earning potential and will go deep on your angus in the divorce.

Don’t take this the wrong way OP.

I’m sure you’re a good person but I will never actually read one your threads. Not until you post nudes that is.

Take care and have a wonderful rest of the night.

I think humanity will be in a much better place when most men realize it's a bad contract and decide against it. Only then can we talk about restoring the balance of power.

I can't disagree with you because I wouldn't want to give my hard earned money to somebody so I can't really demand a man doing that for me, either.

No offence, but why if you want a Traditionally conservative woman, why are you on a degenerate site like the misc?

A traditional man, IMO would not hang around on site where men are posting pics of IG models, onlyfans girls and tiktok vids, posting stories about 'banging sloots', etc. Traditional men honestly IME see the kind of talk we do here as degenerate.

IMO a trad women would be able to spot a man who isn't really trad whilst they date, and wouldn't want to seriously date him. Trad women generally want to be lead by their man, and so are looking for a man with a trad mentality.

The misc is definitely not trad, and so it does it feed a trad mindset.

I'm only talking about traditionally conservative in terms of relationships. Rudderless degenerate sloots are still great to smash and there are 350 of those for every 1 "good girl."

I guess I'm sliding down the degenerate scale along with everyone else. I used to ignore these sloths completely, but at some point you have to choose to get in where you fit in with your surroundings.

Honestly, that's what I was referring to.

Trad minded women, want Trad minded men. IMO Trad men and women would not be on the misc, where we talk endlessly about banging sloots, 'whoremaxxing', and Hnnnnnggggg.

Thanks Beta, I used to do this at length for my 035 workout journal and it would be a bracket, or a word (bizarre ones) or combination. Each post there started to take 15 minutes to get right, so I deleted the thread.

Either way I agree with a lot of what you're saying here - I posted at length in the "feel sorry for married brahs" there, and the long and short of it is that we need to stop comparing ourselves to dregs and letting ourselves be influenced by "statistics" which essentially serve the singular purpose of..telling some men to give up before they even try.

Happy monogamous relationships are possible...it just turns out that the people in them tend to be a vocal minority.

Seems they must see some benefit, yes?
That's because the welfare crowd skew the numbers. There is no benefit for the poor to marry. A two income household would cause them to lose housing, food stamps, and free healthcare.

So they just have kids and cohabitate on the public dole.

Generally it's true.

It's not a roll of the dice according to research like the A.C.E. study, and research into fatherless households. Parenting does have a long term impact on kids that we can generalize, and to undo the impact of bad parenting can take a decade plus of conscious inner work.

Did you tell your FWB that you're on a break and will get back to him when or if you're done dating? Is that common?

Since we were long distance that was our agreement. If one of us found someone we wanted to see about dating, we'd tell the other and end it.

None of that has anything to do with signing a one sided property contract that gives her total leverage and can completely fukk you at any moment.

Well, the guys aren't any different. The vast majority of FWB situations aren't monogamous. I've never done the dating or having sex with multiple guys thing.
