Did it boyos, hit a new bench PR, (PRs and reps abound)
Bench has been historically weak af, still is. But surprised I got 9 with 215 lbs here, could have maybe grinded 10 with a spotter, but didn't want to risk it and a roll of shame probably wouldn't go so well with a belt and in gym traffic. ended off with some paused squats, lets get it boyosss

Great bench man, looks really tight.
Watch that little double bounce on your paused squats, that could eventually cause lumbar problems.

clean technique all around, mang. Nice reps. Haven't back squatted in a couple months but I've been working on my mobility to improve my front squats and it's coming along. You look very comfortable in the hole. Do you do FS?

Imagine moreso sitting down with your hips without your knees moving as much, or have your feet more angled and go more knees out than knees forward. Typically for my squat warm up I simply grab some 45s, put on each side of the barbell, then have the barbell rest on my thighs while in the squat position, then hold it for 30 seconds. I am currently learning the olympic lifts, so I'm really working on developing my mobility more than I have in the past. I have the same lifting shoes as you and I agree that they've made a huge difference. As for knees out, that's also a cue I give myself. I have very long legs and probably immobile hips so, like you, a narrower stance with feet out is what's most comfortable for me.i have pretty terrible hips and ankles as well too in terms of mobility. oly shoes definitely help and experiment with your stance.
