Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Use an app called daylio to track my mood at 12pm and 9pm, been using for 310 days now, would recommend for journaling and looking back to where you've had bad days and how quickly your mood changes back. If you're in a slump it's good to see that it often doesn't last long at all! Journalmaxxx?
Also whats with the no shampoo? I wash my hair every 3 or 4 days whats the benefit to not doing this lol

I dont have long hair, mind.
For me, lifemaxxing is cutting out all the tertiary **** you don't need. Utilitarianism and minimalism. Constantly making value judgements on the impact of possessions and behaviours on my life and focusing on what I really care about.

Talk to humans in a way that doesn't involve a computer? It's amazing how energizing and good talking to humans is.

- Keep a journal. Find a favorite pen that suits how you write. Write, sketch, doodle, scribble--approach it with an anything goes mentality, and stick to it with habit checking in on it at least in the morning before you do anything, or at night before sleeping.
- Those of us working from home on a corporate, office, other type of job with high demands of communication and scheduling: do not multitask. Delineate what is work from what is home and personal life. Decline calls you aren't essential in being part of; don't become a "yes man" as easily as you see others do this because of how convenient the juxtaposition of a work laptop integrated into your home surrounds has become; take dedicated breaks with an agenda for each break (IE I'm going to cook an amazing lunch; go for a walk; play a round or two of a game; watch an episode of this or that). Log out, shut down. Leave it at the sign-in I guess now is the appropriate phrase?
- Wake up early. Early mornings are a very precious reward that you (especially I) haven't realized up until the past two or three weeks.
Edit: OP banned? This was short-lived
