Thoughts on arm development. Critiques welcome.

I know I could use more mass but I think my triceps are my strength.

What do you do for them?

Also in for others' answers.

Triceps look solid man. I would put more focus on biceps and forearms though. That’s just nit-picking. You have good overall development

Honestly my triceps were always pretty solid. I have really been focusing on the biceps and the one huge thing for me was full range of motion and to really feel the mind muscle connection. I recommend waiter curls for biceps and weighted dips for triceps.

Its just a weapon in my arsenal. I can't be an autist and expect to do well with girls. Some miscers need to learn that. Also miscers overestimate what jacked truly is.

thanks bruh. I'm really hitting biceps more lately. My triceps overpowered my arms for the longest time so I am putting more focus on them.

The only things I've ever noticed make a difference with bicep development are getting stronger on dl and chins. I still do curls for the pump tho heh

I only feel chins in my lats. If I add weight and do negative chins I feel it in my arm more.

can you elaborate on this? I've always felt curls in my bicep down towards the elbow and not felt higher up my bicep towards my shoulder.

Do you focus on curling the weight by twisting to the full range of motion at the top? I tend to feel the contraction better on my biceps this way. I'm sure somebody with better arms could elaborate on what works for them. I also like to do some curls with the wrist in an extended position to take the forearm out of it.

Looks good. I'd add wrist curls for inner forearm and hit lateral raises more for the top of your shoulders. Concentration curls and high weight curls gave me the most size on my biceps, I think.

Grab a Banana Republic shirt 1 size too small for you and watch your arms look like they're exploding.

I like the exercise advice. I definitely need to isolate my forearms more. I can't be that guy the wears mediums to make myself big

what I mean is to the average person their idea of jacked is a lot less than people think. People used to call me jacked when I was 6ft 165 and lean. Our perception of fitness is heavily skewed due to social media.

thanks, bench 315, squat 405, deads 530. I dont really go for strength anymore. My job takes a beating on my body already so I focus on more moderate-light weight and form.
