I would get nothing done if I lived anywhere near a beach...I have the problem that once I get out on the beach and in a beach chair the day is shot and so is the next...and the next....and the next.

Give me Miami over Los Angeles any day of the week. 10/10 latinas everywhere. Cleaner air. More chill. There's something in the air in that city that I cannot describe. Its that feeling. I been there 10s of times and I am always left with happiness and sunshine.

Lived on a 0.9 square mile island (Funafuti, Tuvalu) for 3 years. Pretty much everything was within 1000 feet of the beach.

You'll note the absolute lack of indigents in the picture, confirming it is not in fact california...

That's FMB, matanzas pass is the bridge so Sanibel lighthouse is probably just out of frame somewhere.

Feels good, don't it? Feels right.

I live 1.3 miles from the beach. Would way rather live in the mountains.

But it is also Virginia Beach, which is probably one of the most poverty beaches in America.

i like being a couple of miles out. you get a much bigger bang per buck - lower prices, taxes, insurance, etc. plus it's easier to drive to the supermarket, stores, restaurants, etc. when you live a couple miles out and don't have to fight traffic and the intercoastal drawbridges. plus when the hurricanes inevitably come you're not as exposed. i like the beach but i don't need to be right on it. you pay a huge premium to do so. i think the sweet spot is 2 miles out.

Nice! But I'd prefer Huntington Beach area of LA over humid Florida any day.

mirin. visited Vancouver a few years ago and the scenery was so hnggg. just looking up and seeing the mountains or going to the ocean.

also went to Vancouver Island, Whistler, White Rock.

actually visited during that huge snowstorm like 4 years ago so we cudnt go to interior cus the highways were closed.

Toronto, it's just buildings if you look up. we do have a lot of parks and greenery all over the city but some areas are just grey and crusty af.

I’m about 12 miles from my closest ramp. This was yesterday, went out late to grab dinner by the water.
