He should of just thrown something at it. Cougars aren't really big enough to kill or even seriously injure most humans.

Google cougar death statistics before you cum at me with some bs.

I’d just pick up one of them rocks and if the cougar came at me and smash dat cats head with it

Tbh it doesn’t look like it could kill me and I think it would be easy to kill it with a rock or atleast make it scared af/knock it out

Guy was a total idiot. If you're going to be filming something that, it needs to happen from a gopro cam that just happened to already be on. Meanwhile, that dipchit was wasting time, effort, and probably his dominant hand worrying about holding the phone.

The Soylent infused shrieking was also bad. He did a halfasssed job of keeping his cool and not coming off as a weak target for the cougar.

Lastly, what kinda dumbasss goes hiking in the wildeness completely unarmed? Dude could have had one of those big hiking specific sticks at a minimum, which could be used to intimidate/physically club the chit out of it if it came in for a legit attack. It wouldn't be ideal, but it would be something. An 8" knife would also have been nice in that situation. If he had bear mace, he could have sprayed the thing from a slight distance and scared it off that way without touching it. Then of course, a gun could've been a nice option as well. Should be hiking with the back of your neck protected too, especially when going it alone like that.

But noooo. Gotta whip the phone out to film while screaming "OH CHIT! OH CHIT! OH CHIT! I'M BIG AND SCARY! YOU'RE A SCARY KITTY CAT! OOOH CHIT! OH CHIT! OH CHIT!" repeatedly in that soy style instead. That social media attention was definitely a bigger priority than focusing your full attention on dealing with a pissed off apex predator following you around like it's considering trying to disembowel you. What a clown.

That's literally everything this guy did you moran.

he walked away backwards, eyes on the cat & filming. You hear him comment at one point that any time he takes his eyes off it, it does one of it's charges at him.

The predictable amount of misc alphas in this thread who would have just punted the kitty for clean set of 1 punt. Despite the fact it could shred your guts with a single paw swipe. But nah, miscers will risk life & limb to fight a cougar to the death, without ever emitting a single decibel that is not a baritone alpha man-rumble.

Tough kunts the misc are. Completely, delusional, tuff kunts.

Not sure how calm I could be in that situation. Would have **** my pants. Hopefully, cougar would then turn away in disgust at the smell of that ****.
