I’ll just do my usual joke of comparing any lifts to the relevant women’s or juniors world records. I find that much more subtle and effective, I’m frequently repped for that approach.

Straps don't help me for a 1RM max attempt either, grip might be an issue for some people. but for reps above 5 I think they are a game changer lol.

creatine or not its still impressive. I think people would be surprised the amount of people on jooce that aren't strong and look like crap. op clearly did it the right way and built alot of muscle and a decent amount of strength b4 hopping
