oh he has lifting videos on his channel? THat makes more sense then. At least I watch those but I don't watch too many "I love my mom/dad" videos

Brah talks about how his dad was family leader, consistently kind, generous, and spiritual throughout his life, who deeply loved his wife and family, and was also heavily into exercising.

His mother got dementia, and his Dad has his own health problems, and now whilst being retired is only getting 2 hours sleep a night, and his mental health has crumbled.

Brah talk about how he came to resent his dad for crumbling and not being able to help his mother out, but now he understands that his dad is watching a woman that he has spent over 40 years with slowly deteriorate mentally and physically.

Brah realizes how much his Dad sacrificed for him and the family, and now realizes that no matter how strong a person has been throughout their life events/experiences can break people.

Reminds me of my Grandfather. A lot of people on the misc would genuinely consider him an Alpha male if I told them about his personality and life. However, near to the end of his life, he would break down crying about the fact that he gets out of breath climbing the stairs, and now needs people to help him get out of a chair and go to toilet. He was always someone who prided himself on his work ethic, painting, DIY and gardening.

Aging is phuckin brutal. I hope that medicine/healing advances to the point that we don't have to deteriorate so badly before we die.

If I was a Billionaire/Multi millionaire I would put money into anti-aging/regenerative medicine research.
