The only truly multicultural place I can think of that “works” is Singapore and that is because it’s a tiny island city run by a totalitarian government. Even they openly don’t want anymore Indian immigrants lol

Integration fails most of the time because they want to keep their culture and especially with Islam it will inevitably clash with the liberal west.
The only thing that could save multiculturalism is if the native country is extremely harsh and demands certain things and gives out hard punishments. For example, if a migrant commits a crime, he and his family would get deported immediately, etc. They laugh with the law now.
But even then, multiculturalism is doomed, many studies have proven this too btw.
Btw you're talking about subcultures in Asia, sure that works because they're still all japanese and have a shared history, etc. Absolutely not the same as what's going on in the west.

Multiculturalism is a childish naive leftist utopian dream. People want to live with their own.
Belgium is a great example, Brussels is a ****hole full of ghettos the police won't come.
Anyway looks like people are waking up in your country, isn't Vlaams Belang the biggest party there?

as a kid I went to school with a lot of immigrants and at my football team the majority were immigrants and I never encountered any difficulties at all
it only starts at a later age that there seems to be a sense of "us" vs "them" so this is something that is the result of indoctrination rather than rooted imo
also: Vlaams Belang isn't the biggest party at all lol, last time it was N-VA in Flanders and PS in Wallonia I believe

There are hundreds of known radical islamists in Austria who are being watched by secret service, the main attacker was one of them. The problem in this case was clearly lack of funding of Austrians secret service. Several other terrorists have been stopped in the past before they could strike but obviously effort must still be increased. Austria has somewhat become a safe haven for djihadists to regroup between fighting abroad which is probably also why it wasn’t a main terrorist target in the past itself. I hope at least now political pressure will be high enough to change that and get rid of those people.
And a short uplifting update: the shot cop was rescued by two civilians who managed to carry him to an ambulance while the shooting in this area was still going on.
Currently a massive arrest operation is going on basically taking in all people in close contact to the shooter.

Just checked the latest polls, seems Vlaams Belang is BY FAR the biggest party with a huge margin.

Even in this case I'm not pro multiculturalism though, they're still people who do not share the same bond with the country as the natives.
Multiculturalism is an inferior societal construction that will inevitabley end up with domestic divisions in society, be it on the grounds of race, culture, etc. Ultimately weakening the country (and benefitting those who want to rule/conquer this divided and weak country)

You'd assume they'd keep a closer watch on them...
"The dead perpetrator was 20-year-old Kurtin S. who was armed with an automatic rifle, pistol, and machete. He was shot and killed at 8:09 pm local time. Kurtin was born in Vienna in 2000, grew up there. He had north Macedonian roots, was a citizen of both Austria and Macedonia, and had a criminal record relating to terrorist activity.[20] Kurtin was known to the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, as he was one of around 90 Austrian Islamists who wanted to travel to Syria.[21][22]
On the morning of the day of the attack, one perpetrator posted various pictures on Instagram, including a pledge of allegiance to the leader of ISIL Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi, and images of him with the weapons that were later used.[citation needed] On the morning of 3 November, searches of apartments linked with the perpertrator took place. Investigators are now also checking whether one or more other perpetrators are on the run.[23]"

But for integation, the EU already bends over backwards for migrants giving them free money, housing and education yet it's the EU doing not enough for them to integrate? Just lol, so migrants have no responsibility at all? Lol

They're "belgian" only on paper of course. Anyway, these are uncomfortable things that need to happen and be changed or it's the end for europe. But it is what it is, these things won't change so I know how the future will be.

At some point the EU has to step off its high horse and start to deal with these issues instead of hiding behind a huge system of ancient laws that often even contradict each other.

Seriously it's this cuck attitude that started this mess, you do know they laugh at your laws right?
Btw are you flemish or walloon?

But also because even if a person is decided to be deported, there is often no country you can deport them to.
At some point the EU has to step off its high horse and start to deal with these issues instead of hiding behind a huge system of ancient laws that often even contradict each other.

But in the end the countries can say fck it, not much the EU can do anyway. Look at Poland, Hungary, Great Britain,... The EU knows if it pushes too hard, more countries will leave the EU, brexit was a disaster for the "EU project"
And like I said, you will find enough countries on this planet that will take them in if you pay them, enough ****holes.
