Interesting to see a middle aged Spiderman though since Toby is 45.

Will watch. I think Marvel movies are largely going to suck balls from now on, but I love the multiverse/crossover stuff (eg. Days of Future Past) and am really looking forward to this. They probably could have skipped on Garfield and just used Tobey though.

Why is Garfield so hated? Srs question. He didn’t seem THAT bad.

Too “chad-ish” to be spidey?

Garfield was a great spider man. Jamie foxx was just a terrible villain

Cap and iron man are both gone

Only thing I'm looking forward to is the new thor and guardians movie

I don't mind Garfield.

But I think he is hated by some because he came after Tobey who is pretty much universally loved.

Aw schit. That one was badass, but pretty sure it was an 80s cartoon.

(EDIT: just confirmed it was 1993, thanks wizards below)

No wonder we didn't grow up pussies. The theme is pure hair metal with Jeff Scott Soto on vocals. Arguably one of the greatest metal vocalists of all time.

What would the show be about nowadays? Androgynous mice going around protesting with dubstep/mumble rap theme lyrics like 'twerk that fat ass bitch ya bitch'

I'm getting old brah. I feel it.

Ah schit you're right. That explains why I watched this, though. I got the ass end of thundercats and ninja turtles, but got a full load of biker mice.

I didn't like how the show ended short. That fish villain guy never got beat.

My favorite 90 cartoons: Pirates of Darkwater, Swat Kats, X-men TAS, spiderman TAS. There were so many good action shows.
I'm sure i'm forgetting a ton.

Interesting. I used to be big into the Marvel movies and now I'm "ehh". They can be fun popcorn flicks. Still haven't seen the last Avengers, Spiderman Homecoming, or Captain Marvel.

First two Tobey movies were amazing (I know, not MCU).

I enjoyed the first Garfield Spiderman, but hated the second. Hated the villain, hated Garfield stalking and crying over his literal Stacy ex-gf. It was awkward, but very miscerish

Garfield was fine as spider-man. In fact he may have been the best 'spider-man'. The other 2 are manlets who don't look quite right in the suit and Garfield is a more natural trolly chit talker like spider-man is supposed to be.

The problem was his Peter Parker sucked and the fact that those movies sucked ass

Anime these days it seems (if they are pre-teen or teens).

A lot of Zoomers love it (even rappers mention it in their songs).

Anime is phuckin wild (I only like the mass appeal/family anime).

So a multiverse storyline. Would be cool to see all 3 Spideys in one movie.

I bet one would die. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
