I would say it's aight if you're in decent shape. A 200lb male who has been lifting a few years should be at a 400lb deadlift all day imo. You'll see a lot of high schoolers in power lifting here who weigh sub 200 hitting 400-450 and it's decent for their age.
Even as a senior (so long ago) I weighed in at 185 with a 450 dl. I did well for my bracket, but it wasn't crazy either.
405 kgs would be very impressive. :P

In your average commercial gym, you’ll probably be one of the strongest guys there present during that session. Forget the standards you see on Instagram, where every **** is deadlifting 7 plates for 10.
If you’re at a powerlifting gym though, well that’s very different.

Tempted to neg half the people ITT.
405s decent OP. Depends on your size really, as with most lifts.
I can rep out a few 435s, but I’m a framecel at 175 5’10”, so do with that what you will.
Also, I only ever see like 1-2 other guys at most gyms I’ve gone to that dl more than that.

I would compare it to a 220-240 bench.
