I went from a 3/10 then lost a crap load of fat and slayed an astonishing amount of women. Lost count, but over 150. Women treat you like a god, and I have 8/10 aspergers. If you have any social skills at all, it will be a breeze.

i knew a guy who was great looking and he said it was a big hassle because women would hound him. Like show up at his at all hours if he didn't return their calls. Also he said some hot chick showed up at his house with baked cookies but he already had a girl there.

He said it was problematic because even average-looking girls would try to turn their friendship into a relationship (same things guys do) so he would have to be rude to them (he was a super nice guy btw). His niceness was a reverberation of people (like everyone) bending over backwards to be nice to him so he was always in a positive-feedback loop (similar to how legit conventionally-attractive women get royal treatment).
