my two biggest problems were weight and a congested nose when i sleep.
1-the key to avoid a congested nose was having dry air from a dehumidifier in summer and a fan running to change the air thats above the mattress
2-losing weight
low impact intense and low intensity cardio,
lifting weights, rep range is 20-30 reps for upper body to burn as much glycogen as possible
not having a full stomach when you go to sleep since it puts pressure on your digraph and lungs making it harder to breath
phillipe dream station
this is the best machine since it allows air out from the front of the mask

I used to have this...I think. Not diagnosed, but described by my wife and we were pretty sure this is what I had.
It went away after losing weight. Same with snoring. I lost 100 lbs...after 60-70 lbs it seemed to have gone away.

No sleep apnea, but I was a terrible snorer until I lost 30lb recently.

I never got a good nights sleep with a cpap so I’m thinking that first sleep test may have been a little off. As soon as I ditched it after getting my results from the second test back I started sleeping again.

Yes I lost weight and the brain fog I had got fixed.
Its easy to do, you just have to breathe through your nose as much as possible. At night time tape your mouth closed -this trains your brain to breathe onmy using your nose and prevents sleep apnea from occurring.
