BTC and ETH are the only two crypto assets that have been declared non-securities. These will be fine.

Depends on what your idea of "clown organization" is. SEC is like a scorned ex-girlfriend sitting in the shadows waiting to destroy your success. Jordan Belfort (Wolf of Wallstreet), Ivan Boesky, Elon Musk, hell even Martha fuking Stewart. If you're making too much money via loophole or sketchy methods they'll fuk your schit up.

I'm curious how badly this goes for ripple considering they only recently confirmed bank of america as a major client.






As for the rest of the market. I'm considering liquidating. I'm out of my XRP position, but now BTC and ETH look like they're losing steam and might downturn. It seems that SEC going after a top4 coin has taken all the gas out of this bull cycle. If they continue to throw lawsuits at other projects as mentioned above... could be a major correction incoming.

The SEC could always reevaluate their positions. You could argue that BTC has qualities that make it a security. Obviously you can’t sue BTC, but they can theoretically go after exchanges.

I checked the market CAP, and its already double than BAT's @ $0.26, BATS a well known token and has been around for years

Why should it be worth double than BATS, let alone like like 10 x or 20 x the market cap of BAT lol?

If I buy it will probably go to to $0.1 and just stay there for months

I've pretty much had Richard Heart on in the background 24/7. Back in 2017 he was talking about the majority of alt coins being scams that pollute the environment (proof of work), and how ICOs are going to make teams a lot of money, but will collapse eventually and most people who brought in are gonna lose money. He said it would go away eventually.

He was spot on, but now we have the ERC20 scams galore.

I'm honestly pissed that I haven't been listening to this man before, dude is one of the few that calls out the B.S. in the cryptospace. I need to do some checking though on the claims that he's artificially inflating the price of HEX.

Why would the SEC going after chitcoins be a bad thing for eth/btc? This is great for the market overall, gets rid of all the scams. All money will go into those two.

Looking into it...

Basically, it's not a Ponzi or Pyramid scheme, and the smart contract works exactly like it says it does (it's been audited a few times). The problem is that it's written into the smart contract that the ETH and the HEX from the penalty for withdrawing early, goes to the 'origin address' which is likely owned by Richard.

So it's not technically a scam, the 'origin address' is actually known about and talked about by the HEX community. Everyone who buys into the HEX game theory makes money, but Richard makes the most money.... That's how it's designed.

Strange, strange coin.

Richard Heart is still IMO a very smart man, and I think his general criticism of Crypto is very well said and explained. I also think that HEX will probably do well for a while. I think however that Richard is smart enough that he knows that a high majority of the coins/tokens/projects in this 1st wave of blockchain tech will not survive, so he's created something that will make people money and make him the most money before the surviving coins/token/projects are established.

I would probably lock in for a year if I had funds, but that's me... I take high risks.
