its written by a retard for retards

and they list savings as an expense, only rejects who cant handle money would do that, someone that needs to be babied. Everything you dont spend is saved, you dont need it as an expense.

And yes you can tell the numbers are made up, a 1k mortgage with a 500 dollar car payment, that is retarded plus making 100k job which presumably is a good job but somehow has chit health insurance that is like double what it should be, 400 a month, who pays employees 100k a year but has chit health insurance

and a 28% effective tax rate is pretty high for 100k and only happens in a libtard state with high state taxes, yet again the mortgage is pretty low indicating a southern state... but they could choose to do pre tax retirement investments instead of post tax roth style like hes showing to lower their tax rate.

Making more money is like buying a faster car. Yeah, sure at first it feels amazing, but after a while it becomes your new normal and your expectations get higher. So, throw up any salary, you'll be broke if you get to spending it.

first year i hit 100k i was driving a paid off toyota worth 4-5k and kept it for several years after that. you will never get rich on 100k if you spend like you think youre rich.

- saving less

Don't think the numbers are that wild.

Could have a modest home w/big down payment, or be in area w/less expensive real estate.

High car payment + gasoline = big truck.

High health insurance, high taxes, = self-employed?

Expensive internet = area w/few providers?

Groceries could be some of the same; smaller/more rural areas usually means fewer grocery stores = higher prices.

Some of these comments have to be trolling. Do some of you miscers really believe you can't live well unless you're deep in the six figures?

Strong anger. Why are you getting mad at me? I didn't make the video or say anything about agreeing with the guy. I simply posted it here

Also Mopars will be future collectables.

Trying to sell my condo and move into a single fam house

I'll be in a GT3 or GT4 by the end of the year (also I predict my salary to be much higher by the end of the year, around 7k after taxes, retirement, insurance)

No mortgage payments since I bought my place cash

No anger here, but admit you are obsessed with the 100k figure. Every single damn thread with 100k in the title and you are behind it.

Mopar is cheapo low income junk. Vipers are the only real collectables. Step your game up and set the bar higher. Take risks.

Is 100k a lot? No. Not to me and not to several others, in fact it's very low and I would be borderline depressed earning that kind of income.

Stay off instagram and social media which is full of 30k millionaires looking like they're living it up. Nothing but retarded staged photos by broken people seeking attention. Skewed sense of reality... If you are a minimalist, 100k a year still goes a very long way.
