would not get a WRX unless you want to put off extreme Kyle vibes.

If the ones you listed, I'd probably go with the 3. I'd also look at the Kia Stinger in your price range - it has a hatch back.

That market is for people that make 20k a year. If you want 4 doors and you aren’t poverty there are M3s, Panameras, AMG etc. Buying new is for suckers no matter how much you make. If this guy gets a brand new Type R instead of spending extra for a used M3, that would be a very boring decision.

Look into some of the Audi wagons or BMW X1/X2. I love my M550, but I can't imagine buying one out of warranty

what would you choose?
2017 Type R crew checking in. Love the car. Fast and fun when you want it to be, but also practical as a daily driver in comfort mode. Insane amount of space in the hatch. Some people complain about the looks, but I love the JDM style/look of the car. Not to mention, there isn’t another hot hatch that comes close in terms of performance.

My only complaint is the tires and brakes wear down fast depending on how you drive.

I have a type r and it’s fun as fuk and sounds amazing. The only people who hate on it are brand whores. Driving a little car that’s not extremely fast is way more fun than a big car that’s extremely fast.
