I'm in Long Beach and they "shutdown" outdoor dining but restaurants that had the street space were still able to do it. From time to time at least because the rules were silly. Most places are gone now.

These people have to go to jail. It's crazy how when the media is on your side, you can do anything illegal and it is just brushed under the rug. How isn't this a major story and no one is questioning the timing? Pretty sure covid numbers are higher now too.
