I lost most of taste/smell for about a week. BRB ate unseasoned tilapia, egg whites and steamed veggies all week LOL. Food to survive, not to enjoy.

Feels good not giving AF about the virus now.
The fact i can eat or drink anything without tasting is can be a blessing in disguise 😂

We’ll see how I feel about the virus after this

Yeah man, no burgers or extra sugar/creamer in the coffee, no extra sauces on food, no beer, no liquor, etc.. if it was tasty, it was extra calories that I would not enjoy at all so I just didn't eat/drink any of that. It was some hard core great depression macros and I still felt normal so I was doing over an hour of home lifting, rowing machine HIIT, etc.

Started with sore throat and nausea last Monday. Progressed to headache throughout the week. **** got worse Friday, then Sunday night I lost my sense of smell.

Monday morning I got tested and bam.

**** is sneaky. I knew I was fuked when I couldn’t smell anything. Before that I thought it was just a normal cold. I had gotten sick since March but it’s always been a minor cold. This is different tho.

You were able to work out?
My overweight cousin told me he wasn’t able to when he had it.

Yeah I was totally normal feeling other than some slight congestion in my sinuses and no taste/smell.

Couldn't go to the gym but we've been accumulating stuff at the house that my wife's been using every morning. Dumbbell set, rowing machine, 45/35/25 lb plate, bands, etc. Nothing remotely like a real workout but enough to keep me from feeling like a lazy turd.

Gotcha. I’ve been doing okay. Same as you—not sure if I’m short of breath or it’s all in my head. The mind is a powerful thing. Just phlegm in my throat.

Did you follow the 10-day isolation exactly? Or did you wait longer to go out
