Thanks mate.
1. It will be my pro debut and I want to come in at my absolute best. Not sure if I'll do well or not. I am a PNBA pro and I will be doing an ICN competition. I'm not saying there will be "politics" but I think both federations look for something different if that makes sense.
2. Definitely to beat last years condition. Shouldn't be hard. I only did 6 weeks worth of prep.. Technically, 4 weeks lol

Diet: I will track calories and protein and eat relatively healthy. Majority of my diet will be healthy actually. I am at 3400kcal, will drop 10% starting tomorrow so that will be 3060kcal. Routine will be the same as what I do now which focuses on getting stronger on squat, bench, dead, ohp, row, pull ups and adding things like: lateral raises, calf raises, rear lateral raises, bicep curls etc. Only difference will be is I will be adding 1 to 2 more sets but reducing the rep range on the big compounds so that it won't be so fatiguing. Unfortuntely, my barbell movements WILL dwindle despite how "perfect" my diet etc is due to things like: circumference of chest / back will decrease do to loss of muscle/ bodyfat etc making it longer range of motion for bench etc etc. Supplements: creatine mono and vitamin d tab.

Not shredded at all lol - My strongman friends say the exact same thing xD even though I look bigger than they do despite being lighter, they still make fun of me because of my weight. Never understood it.
