They can hold as long as they want, but they pay interest on the held stocks (the due dates started Friday, with more due this week).

It's a test of patience. The goal now that everyone is united in holding, is to not get impatient. Once the windfall starts it should continue to get worse (for them) over a few days before peaking. Once we peak it will flatline quick.

I just saw a video of a crowd of protestors shouting "Putin's a murderer".

This looks like it's shaping up to be the year of populism.

(Last post on politics I will try to make mods, I'm just saying... There seems to be a growth in resentment and defiance towards 'the elite' in a number of ways.)

Looks like more details have come out about Melvin’s position. They did use the $2.75billion cash infusion to clear out their shorts on Tuesday, ending the month with a 53% loss

But it sounds like they aren’t in any real financial danger, still currently holding $8billion in assets

While this may be true, they suffered a loss that was created by average people. This probably hurts them more over the actual monetary loss. Ordinary people sodomized them, and they had to take it.

Thought's on monday's situation? Think its gonna hit $400 ez, then melvin and co will try some next level shorting techniques to drive the price to around $200 which will be a good time to buy even more.

I think it's a good call. I blew through my buy-write on the AMC position I've been sitting on since last February because of Reddit, but I'm going to re-open a position on the next dip. JBLU and NCLH are still with me. Kind of regret getting out of RICK and CZR, but I made my money.

Almost feel bad for Robinhoood (srs). They cutoff purchasing but so did every other company. Robinhood is the face of this because they are the easiest and most accessible so they are getting all the hate. People could easily be doing this against every other brokerage.

Are you talking out your arse?

There were plenty of other brokerages that were allowing the buying and selling of GME/AMC/etc. Robinhood limited buying but didn't limit selling. Look it up brah, there was some shady chit going down.
