Feel good in gym, getting stronger, plenty of energy.....no libido....WTF?
Going on about 4 weeks now that I think about it
Only real change I know is -Adjusted workouts for less volume per session, more frequency over the week. Consciously eating more...mainly carbs (because I had been restricting them) but recovery is good, getting progressively stronger week over week...probably time for a deload....but I literally have 0 libido. Like not even interested, not waking up with morning wood....and now that I think about it I havent had a bonrar in like 4-5 days.
I've even had 2 issues in the last 3 weeks where I lose the ol bonrar durring. Been with the same gal for 7 years and this has NEVER been an issue.
Got my levels checked about 2 months ago and T was 784.
Any suggestions?

What is your fat intake?
My libido is lower when I’m eating a lot of carbs. Might have to do with fluctuations in energy levels if test is normal. Try balancing your macros 33/34/33 for a bit. Should help out and give you steady energy levels all day, plus some extra fat in the diet might help.

Take a week off to chill and get a good recovery on. Up your fats a little bit and see how you feel in a week.
Other long term options, see a nutritionist to make sure you're meeting your dietary needs. If you're still concerned, go see a urologist.

How long is each training session now and
compare that to last month hours/minutes vs this month.
I think your body is tired, sometimes more is not better especially if you plan to do this for a lifetime.

i'd say what he's observing is the most important metric for health in general (sufficient nutrition, sleep, low stress etc."
libido is the ultimate bellwether for health since our entire evolutionary existence is predicated upon it
in any case, it's a really simply thing to test by only changing that one variable by taking a week off and see if his dink gets hard nh

I have dropped fat intake a good bit. One of the other things that came up in my tests was that I have high Cholesterol and the doc recommended that I decrease fat intake. So to make up for the loss of calories from fat I increased carbs.

Did you recover from COVID recently?
Took me 2 months after recovery for my body to get back to normal, was like that for a bit, No libido and I even had to struggle with ED during that time (was not fun at all) I got back to normal until I started taking vitamin supplements as my doc suggested. After a week taking vitamin B supplements my body was back to normal. It was VERY scary while it lasted tho.
I started seeing a new girl at the end of that chitty spree and I'm surprised she didn't dump my ass on the spot lol. Now I have my libido back to normal and dick working as it should getting morning wood again and so on I was on the verge of a breakdown when It happened, I was dealing with LOTS of stress too during that time so maybe IT was because of that too, are you feeling stressed lately OP?

I'm 11 years older than you. I think it happens on occasion the body goes through cycles during certain times of the year. Could be normal in this disgusting part of winter. One of the posters above mentioned trib+zinc+D3. Could be worth a shot...Or before bed try a small protein shake (1 scoop) and 1-2 servings of roasted almonds (zinc)

OP, you looked jacked so you should know by now this is a classic case of overtraining.
Doesn't matter if you are 6 days a week or 3 days a week. Your body is trying to tell you something.
Take 1 week off completely and you will feel like a changed man (with raging wood too).
