what is your favorite part of being a wagecuck?

mine is when my boss asks me to do something, and punctuates the request with "please and thank you" (ded fkn Srs)

Having a good salary whilst many people are struggling in this economy (covid, etc).
It's all fun and games owning your business...Until you run out of funds/customers.
I practice gratitude for what I have. I live in a first world country, not Africa, and I get a good salary.
Also, I respect the trades but most of these guys I see look awful by the time they hit 40-50 (back & hip problems, etc).

Mines waking up at 6AM every single morning to travel in peak hour traffic to a understaffed office so I can perform meaningless tasks for an average income knowing I’m gonna spend the next 45 years in a cubicle, saving for retirement so when I turn 65 I can finally enjoy the fruits of my labour only to die a few years later from prostate cancer

That feeling at the end of the day when I shut down my computer and I don't think about work again till I turn it on the next morning.

I have friends that went to work for themselves and it's great for them but I wouldn't want that lifestyle. I should be self-sufficient before 60.

Favorite part is job security and the 3 weeks vacation in addition to lots of holidays, I think 15. I'm in the process of starting a side business but running a business doesn't give you lots of free time and job security for years until it's established, if ever.

The paychecks are pretty good too, I'll be financially independent in about 12 years.
