Very true. And the fact that those beautiful public lands that everyone gets to enjoy are paid for by hunters and fisherman.

I hate outdoors chit and muh daddy never taught me to fix anything.

Where as my wife's father was a handy man and taught her how to do all that chit. So she fixes chit.

So I guess I'm just a girly man and she's a manly girl.

Zero fuks given.

Best I can do is change the breaks on my car or change my own oil or change my tires.. but I won't.. that's why i have a job, so I don't have to do that gay chit.

I've been hunting and fishing. It's boring as fuk. Another reason why i have a job, so I don't have to do that gay chit.

Really don't care if someone thinks I'm not manly because of it. I am who I am.

By wife do you mean husband? That's the gayest thing I've read on here and that says a lot.

Shot this 9 pointer during archery season this year. Deer's neck was almost as big as my waist.

Freshest meat out there. "I can go to the store" people will never understand how a woman looks at you when you've brought home hundreds of pounds of animal that you harvested yourself.

There's something instinctual about wanting to kill those massive lizards. When I see them something activates in the non conscious part of my brain. I only shoot deer for a reason and I even like watching them play around out in the woods. I don't feel the same affection for alligators

I'm probably the best wingshot on here with a shotgun. For years I would enter an annual sporting clays competition with about 50 people. Always came in 2nd or 3rd. Finally I tied for 1st. The following year I won it.

I'd like to do archery and trap, but don't have the uninterrupted time. There are 2 new tree stands on my property this season (not my stands). One is about 125 yards from my back door, the other is about 300 yards. I let some other people hunt deer with their stands. In return I got access to hunt ducks on private land.

Different types of bird hunting are completely different.

Dove - Sit out in a field drinking beer on a Sept-Oct afternoon letting the decoys do all the work while you get to shoot

Duck - Wading out in a swampy area in Dec-Jan at daybreak hoping you don't step in a beaver run and fill up your waders with 35 degree water at best or drown at worst

I don't really hunt. I've shot a few varmints around the house.

I do fish. Got a small pond that I own. Also have a bunch of places to go around my area.

I shoot too. Just not much because I can't go out back and start blasting. Neighbors would call the cops. I got family that owns land that I visit to shoot.

Edit. I like fixing things too. I used to take apart bikes when I was a little kid just to mix parts.
I do hate electronics though. If it involves something to do with a multimeter I got about a 50% chance of fixing it.

I kill stuff when it needs killing, but am an average shot all the way around.

Shooting beaver with the .22 mag is the money maker. At 150 bucks a critter, ill plug those nuisance fukkers in the head all day long.
