Going to be way too cold to do anything that requires a lot of cooking time so just some Delmonico ribeyes and maybe some lobster tails.

I usually buy a bulk pack of chicken breasts from walmart and grill them for meals for the week... also an onion in foil to add to various stuff.

Pellet grill reps. I'm planning on smoking a butt on my pellet grill, it will take longer due to the colder ******t temps but I do about one a month, then after it rests I pull it and add 1/2 bottle Carolina Classic Sticky Fingers sauce and 1/2 bottle Memphis Original (I like the mustard playing off the tomato). Then bag it into servings for lunches for the next few weeks. On top of tossed salad, it's actually pretty awesome.

I am a west coast brah, and one of the biggest travesties is that most brahs aren't aware of carolina bbq sauce, which is one of the GOATs.

Did a mojo pork butt last weekend and portioned it out into vacuum bags for chipotle style bowls.

Thinking Burgers and Dogs poolside. If the weather sucks I've got some beef shortribs but I do those in the pressure cooker - bbq style or balsamic, we'll see

True, I'm in VA but learned alot from a coworker from NC and just reading- so many varieties throughout the Carolinas, but mustard/vinegar is surprisingly awesome.

Nice menus boyos!

I did some rump steaks last night. Made a rub;

Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Cumin
Brown sugar
Thyme

When they come off the grill I put them in a baking dish with a table spoon of butter and a fresh sprig of rosemary, cover with tin foil and let it rest.
Damn
