He posted daily during the crazy GME spikes and rebounds. One could argue those particular posts were done to inspire others to "Hold" and help inflate the price. But the flip side is he also posted evidence of when it was dropping that he didn't sell it. He stopped posting while it was still like $300+ a share, so he probably sold and brought in millions still.

I agree with you though, he's not a fault. A lot of his investing and holding for GME began long ago in early 2020.

He was forced to stop because thats when he got in "trouble" with the law but he could've also sold. He did trim 13 mill early on.

Did you guys even read the article?

"The would-be plaintiff representing investors in the case, Christian Iovin of Washington state, sold $200,000 worth of call options on GameStop shares when the stock was below $100. The stock quickly eclipsed $400 a share, forcing him to buy the calls back at elevated prices."

Essentially this dude bet against Gamestop and allegedly had no idea the entire WSB thing was happening. Had to buy back at $400, which screwed him over royally. Don't see what DFV could have done wrong. Dude got screwed by the market in a completely legal way, and if now facing repercussions.

Good, phuck these piece of chit reddit nerds. It's bad enough to encounter them on that cesspool of a website, but for them to phuck with us in the real world, it's like they have stepped out of their bubble and it's time to slap them with the real world.

They're trying to do this to Trump too. They will spend the next couple of decades going after him, his family, his business operations, and his friends by filing frivolous lawsuit after frivolous lawsuit. Because they are lawyers and activists, they can persecute their enemies virtually for free. The goal is not to win against Trump, it's to make his life miserable and force him to spend a significant amount of money defending himself.

Most the lawyers I've met aren't activists, they only approve the liberal agenda because it can make them personally profitable.

He will most likely get hit with the "Choose to settle for $1 million right now, otherwise risk fighting in court, spending years of your time, spending $1 mil in lawyer fees, and if you lose we will take all $13 million" type offer.
